Town centre - the many gift shops specialise in local produce mainly duck and goose derivatives in tins, jars and bottles!
The local paté is produced by force feeding the birds in order to make their livers grow to abnormal proportions and so enhance the amount of offal available for processing. This is really a cruel process but seems quite acceptable to the people hereabouts.
